John Fennell
Senior Vice President, Risk Management & Treasury Operations

John Fennell is Senior Vice President, Risk Management & Treasury Operations at OCC. He has been with OCC since 1993.

In his current role, Mr. Fennell is responsible for Financial Surveillance, Treasury Operations, Quantitative Analytics and Risk Systems. Mr. Fennell started with OCC as a Treasury Operations Specialist and has spent the vast majority of his career in OCC's Risk Management Department. Mr. Fennell is active on the SIFMA Credit Committee as well as other industry margin and risk management committees.

Mr. Fennell graduated with an MBA in Finance from the DePaul University and a BS from Northern Illinois University. Mr. Fennell completed the Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional program at the FINRA Institute at Wharton.
