How do I access the Directory of Listed Products FTP files? |
| A: |
You must first register. An user ID and password will be displayed upon the completion of the registration form. A copy of the log-in information will also be emailed to you at the address provided during the registration process. |

How long are the Directory of Listed Products FTP files retained? |
| A: |
OCC will maintain 30 days of historical data in this format. Periodically, data files greater than 30 days old will be deleted. |

When will I receive access to the files after I register? |
| A: |
Upon completion of the registration form, a page will display your user ID and password information. A copy of this information will also be emailed to you for your records. |

What do I do if my User ID and Password are not working? |
| A: |
Send an email to options@theocc.com with "Directory of Listed Products FTP" in the subject line. Include in the body of your email the following items:
- Your full name
- Firm name

Your customer type (clearing member, exchange, or other)
A representative will respond to your email as soon as possible. You may also call 1-888-OPTIONS (1-888-678-4667) between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CT to reach a representative who can assist you. |

What is the FTP site address where I download my files? |
| A: |
The FTP site address is ftp://rftp.theocc.com. You must log in with the user ID and password given during the registration process in order to access the FTP site. |

I am logged in via my FTP client, but cannot download the files. What should I do? |
| A: |
Your FTP client may not be compatible to the FTP server. Sometimes clients can log in, but not see the data available. You would need to try these 3 commands (dir, ls, nlist) to see which one would list the files in the directory. |

I am receiving timeout errors and/or server errors, how should I proceed? |
| A: |
If you encounter problems after authenticating to the FTP site, try accessing the site via command line (from a DOS prompt). If you cannot get into the site at this point, please contact options@theocc.com or call 1-888-OPTIONS (1-888-678-4667) for technical support. |

I am getting a timeout error before I even log in, what could be wrong? |
| A: |
If you get a timeout error without getting a log-in prompt from the FTP site, your corporate firewall may be causing the problem. Many companies do not allow FTP access, and the ports on the firewall defined for FTP are blocked. You should contact your Network Admin or Security Admin for instructions on how to proceed. |
