OCC's Member Services professionals are committed to providing clearing members with outstanding customer service and support.
The Member Services Help Desk, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, provides member firms with direct access to knowledgeable staff who are trained to answer questions, provide information about OCC's systems and services and address operational issues.
In addition to the resources available through the Help Desk, each clearing member is paired with a designated Member Services Representative. These Representatives develop and maintain strong relationships with their firms by providing personalized service, coordinating ancillary services and communicating important business information. Representatives also conduct training and operations orientations and perform member visits and service reviews. Member Services Representatives ensure that the concerns and needs of its membership are fully addressed by OCC's corporate objectives.
