The Options Clearing Corporation ("OCC") actively explores opportunities
to form partnerships with interested organizations to share available content.

Examples include: |

• Add links to the OCC web site and its content on an organizations'
own web site;
• Place special banners from OCC on an organizations' web site;
• Frame OCC available content within an organization's own web site;
• Request links back to the organization's own web site on
OCC's "optionsclearing.com" web site. Learn more.

Content Licensing |

A partner may license available content from the OCC, subject to OCC's
Content License Agreement. Learn more.

Content Exchange |
|
Content may be exchanged in lieu of licensing or payment.
This partnership agreement will be created individually for each partner.

with your name, email address, web site URL and description. Let
us know how you would like to incorpororate OCC's content into your site.
